What a Blessing - ANOTHER PICTURE!!

We were so surprised and excited to receive another picture today! We also got an update on his height and weight and he is doing great. He is about 6 months old in this picture. Proud dad is excited to get him home and out of those pink overalls, but mom thinks they are cute!

Ok, as a new mom I guess I have bragging rights (especially since I had nothing to do with it - ha!), but isn't that just the sweetest face you have ever seen!?!

Travel Packet Today

No date yet - but we were excited to receive our travel packet via FedEx today! It is basically a reference tool for our trip to Vietnam. It includes a general list of appointments we will have while there, packing advice, information on hotels, and of course MORE PAPERWORK! Although we still have a while before we will actually be traveling, it is nice to get something to help us prepare and make it feel like -Yes, we will be going to Vietnam!!

Meeting Ha & Getting A New Picture

Last Friday we drove up to Tulsa to meet Ha who was here in the states visiting. She is the woman holding Cole in his referral picture and is amazing. It was so exciting to talk to her and just hug the arms that have held our son! She loves our little guy and talked about what a happy baby he is. She said he laughs a lot - WE LOVE IT! Ha also had a photo album and gave us this new picture. Isn't he so beautiful!?!

Meet Our Son Cole Thai!

Cole Thai was born on July 08, 2006. We received Cole's referral & picture on November 6 and were so excited to see how happy he was! Ha (the woman in the picture) lives in Vietnam and watches over the babies while they are in the orphanages. He is about 4 months old in this picture.
